Brought in my little-English-speaking friend last night to discuss a health issue. The pharmacist was just wonderful: listening patiently, encouraging my friend, then, most importantly, finding a couple of simple medications for him to try. This morning, the issue has already shown improvement, and visitors to our country are so impressed by the cheerful, friendly service they received. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Fantastic service with friendly and helpful staff. I get most of my medication delivered and it’s always delivered the same day by a staff member with a smile. The app is easy to use and their prices with delivery are always adorable. Highly recommend this store and their delivery options.

The staff in this pharmacy are always so willing to help and truly care about my health and well-being. I have a severe chronic health condition and they are always so supportive and understanding. the assistants and the pharmacists alike always go way above and beyond to help me out, ordering special medications and helping with medication management. It really is so important to have a good regular pharmacy that knows your medical history and needs. They’re always run off their feet with customers, but that does not stop them giving wonderful service and taking their time to help. Well done to Mitch, Jayden, Bec, Les and the rest of the team. You all deserve the positive review. Only thing that isn’t great is how busy they (so it can take ages to get served at time) are and there is no room for them to expand and hire new staff. Well done guys, have a super merry Christmas!

Lisa has excellent customer service skills. She is very patient & knowledgeable and was able to help sort out my app problems and vaccination records for my cruise. Lovely to see her warm friendly smile which instantly brightens my day every time I pop into the store. True gem for this chemist.
